Who Are We?

Jen O'Neill

Owner and Founder

With a background in nursing, behaviour intervention, and operations management, Jen is a high- energy AuDHD'er with an affinity for systems and an aversion to crowds (unless there is EDM playing).

Though Jen has experience providing applied behaviour analysis based intervention, our philosophy of care leans heavily on Ross Green's approach of "kids do well when they can". We look for unique paths that bolster confidence and autonomy.

With two homeschooled AuDHD'ers in her own home, Jen is intimately familiar with the demands and gifts of a multi-neurodivergent, autonomy-honoring household.

Siobhan Keenan

Clinical Manager

Siobhan is our Clinical Manager. She onboards new clients, creating clinical and sensory care plans and helping ongoing clients and staff get what they need. She is often also manning the scheduling line and handling day to day queries.

Siobhan's own neurodivergence makes her excellent at seeing the big picture with calm clarity.

Outside of work time, she raises baby animals, including fainting goats!
