Jen leads the clinical direction of the organization, providing insight into creative and safe care planning for our respite and home care clients. They also direct marketing and recruitment efforts. Jen can be a busy whirlwind of excitement and momentum, but is also really good at parallel play.

Dave Macdonald

Operations and Finance Manager

He/Him

Dave is our process and procedure guru and resident accounting genius. He herds the cats (that's us) and keeps things running smoothly and on time. He's also your client care contact. Dave has an amazing ability to remember numbers and dates.

Debbie Peterson

Scheduling Manager

Debbie matches clients to staff, plans where we are going, makes sure we all get to where we need to be, and coordinates last minute changes, in addition to making sure we are always looking for staff where we need them. She does magic with a cell phone, and is skilled at seeing where the pieces fit.

Brittany Armstrong

Client Services Supervisor and Trainer

Brittany has all the cleaning tricks and loves to share them. With many years of professional cleaning experience under her belt, all our best cleaning processes and guidelines come from her. Our staff and clients alike say her manner is disarming and warm.
